Ali has been with Vira International for 19 years and has been involved in all phases of the organization’s development. He has been responsible for the successful growth of their International recruitment domain and has taken the company from shore to shore. Ali heads the India operations from their head office in Mumbai where Vira International trains and recruits Hospitality professionals for leading hotels, restaurants, and catering companies. Through his dedication and hard work, the company is now a leading provider of Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, and catering) Staff and aims to expand in this area. Ashfaq is a Sr HR Professional and an alumnus of TISS, Mumbai with International Management exposure (UAE, Saudi Arabia & Nigeria) with over 25 years’ experience as Head of Human Resources, Recruitment and Administration with large Groups & MNC Companies with businesses in diversified industries. Ashfaq possesses a unique experience of utilising the services of Recruitment Companies worldwide for Talent Acquisition and Manpower requirements of the companies where he Headed the HR function and has also been providing end to end recruitment services to many blue-chip clients across the gulf region as Recruitment Head during his tenure with Overseas Placement Companies.

With almost a decades experience Kanchan operates quietly to screen and source candidates as per the Clients mandate and has a very successful track record in matching resumes and finding the right candidates.

She has joined the Vira Team in 2019 and has proved to be a great asset to the Company since then. She is a Management Graduate from Mumbai University

Afreen has been a part of the Vira International team since 2012. She joined the Vira Family as a Recruitment Executive and due to her sheer hard work, charming personality, and dedication to her work has been most recently elevated as Senior Manager.

She is now responsible for overlooking the functioning of various departments both, for recruitment in the middle east as well as J1 visa program for the US.

Sunil has more than 25 years of experience in the Recruitment Industry for Diversified Sectors such as Hospitality,MEP,Oil and Gas ,EPC and Construction.

Agnel Rodricks is a seasoned overseas recruitment professional with close to three decades of extensive experience in the recruitment domain. With over 20 years of service at Vira International, he currently holds the position of Senior Recruitment Manager. Agnel has a demonstrated track record in processing, sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment operations.

Shaikh Tauheed has been an integral member of the Vira International Placement Pvt Ltd team since January 2020, initially serving as an Administration Assistant and now advancing to the E-Marketing Department as an accomplished E-Marketing Executive. In his role, Shaikh is responsible for designing all creative artwork, posts, banners, Reels, brochures, and ads to fulfil new requirements. He manages Vira International's social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Reema holds a bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in the field of HR and administration. She has honed her skills while working with esteemed NGOs and has volunteered as a youth mentor. As a Recruitment Consultant at Vira International, Reema focuses on sourcing and placing top-notch candidates in the hospitality industry.

Wasim possesses a deep understanding of our recruitment process and operations. He approaches his work with dedication and integrity, always adhering to established rules and regulations. Wasim’s keen insight into people’s capabilities allows him to bring out the best in his colleagues, making him a valuable and loyal team member. Muzzammil Ansari is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in visa, medical, and travel processing. He excels in managing complex processes with ease and has been an integral member of the Vira International team for the past nine years as a Processing Officer. Mohammed Sohel is a highly qualified professional with over 9 years of experience in the Recruitment Industry. He has worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for over five years, specializing in business development and recruitment. With his acute understanding of Catering, Offshore, and Facility Management industries, Mohammed has been successfully meeting the recruitment needs of Vira International.

Vishal has been part of the Vira International team since 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the entire QSR departments of the Middle East and the UK. Vishal provides complete client and candidate support for smooth and quick recruitment processes, ensuring candidates are placed in the right organizations. He joined Vira International to learn and explore new opportunities while contributing to the company’s success.

Akshay Tambe is a highly accomplished professional with over 7 years of experience in the recruitment industry. He graduated from Mumbai University and has extensive expertise in recruiting for diverse sectors, including Hospitality, MEP, and Construction. Akshay recently joined Vira International as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the Culinary department.

Siddhant  is a recent graduate from ITM IHM, characterized by his youthful exuberance, fervor, and sharp focus. He has commenced his association with Vira International as an intern/trainee and has shown a deep interest in Human Resources and Recruitment domains. Siddhant is eager to contribute to the organization’s success while gaining valuable experience in the field.

Ali is our new Trainee Consultant learning recruitment for the F&B Service Department. Despite his relatively short tenure, he has already built strong relationships with candidates and team members at Vira.

Saba has completed her BBA in HR and pursuing MBA in the same stream. She’ve joined Vira International in June 2023, however her overall experience is for 12 years in UK customer service, banking, telecom, background verification industry, etc and 1 year as HR Recruiter at Tech Mahindra in bulk hirings and end to end recruitment. At Vira International she is appointed as a Social Media Executive (CRM). She handles LinkedIn accounts to ensure all online queries / issues are addressed promptly, highlight business opportunities as per management discretion, conducts online interviews, plays a mediator between the potential candidates & the clients to ensure their profile is matched with client’s requirements which enhances business opportunities for the company.
