INTRODUCTION

The first step is to contact our recruitment consultants at Vira International in Mumbai or Kochi. We will explain the programs that we offer and answer any queries or clarify any doubts that you may have. Outlined below is the detailed process.

Step 1
The nurse is screened and an initial interview is conducted. The nurse must then attempt and pass 2 out of the 4 tests administered. These tests follow the NCLEX pattern of testing and a minimum score of 53% is required to pass.

Step 2
The employment pack is handed to the nurse. This pack contains the application forms, the US licensure applications and other papers. The nurse returns the completed employment pack and the necessary papers for licensing and documentation to Vira International.

Step 3
The nurse is scheduled for a Client Interview either in person or on the telephone.

Step 4
After successful completion of the interview, the nurse pays a contribution for the Study Program to the amount of Rs.9000 + 11.36 % service tax. The books that are required for home study and preparation for the NCLEX are handed over to the nurse. The nurse prepares as per the study program guide and testing schedule.
