2. Airport Tax- Rs.1000

3. Medical Insurance- Rs.1000

4. Nurse to carry US$200 (Rs. 8600)for personal expenses during Test Trip

TOEFL - Rs. 5980 (approx)
TSE - Rs. 5750 (approx)

6. ICHP: Visa Screen Certificate
The amount of US$ 325 (Rs. 13975) to be made payable to ICHP for the ICHP:Visa Screen Certificate

7. Immigrant Visa Fee
- The nurse pays the visa fee of US$ 380 (Rs.16340) for each dependent, in favor of US Department of State.
